Ever since I designed the sensory garden for Hollingsworth Country Park over a year ago now, Iâve dreamed of the day when we would install the main focal point the of the garden The Dome. Delighted to say this went in yesterday and for a nice change the sun shone down on us too.
Next step it will be planted with a host of climbers which will weave their way into and through the intricate structure adding g to the drama of this truly wonderful focal point. The dome will be used by the park rangers to host a range of events and classes over the coming years. You can read more about the garden at this link There's alos further news on the commissioning of the garden at this link.
Huge thank to David Freeman for his wonderful interpretation of my concepts in the creation and install of this masterpiece and looking forward to our next collaboration which will be the Alice in Wonderland Garden The Mad Hatters Tea Party themed sensory garden for Broadfield primary school in Rochdale. swipe for more pics of the install.
