A front and back garden design in Didsbury, Manchester. This project was the last piece in the client’s transformation of the house and garden. To the rear of the property new perimeter planting and screening hedge  was designed in for privacy, whilst a cantilevered platform was designed to connect two doors off the back of the house. This created a space level with internal floor levels extending easily accessible garden space for  relaxing in the evening sun. An internal courtyard garden was designed to also act as a safe enclosed parking space when needed. Walls for the courtyard were construed using reclaimed brick for a softer aesthetic in keeping with the house.  A small pedestrian gate, electric Cedar double gates  and new gravel driveway were designed to the front of the property along with redesigned planting beds and  reclaimed York stone pathways.
